- Lead a nationwide storytelling initiative with 17 fellows to amplify AAPI leadership voices through 18 video interviews, managing all aspects from filming to YouTube and website launch.
- Coordinate a 7-month cross-functional project execution including budget management, timeline adherence, and quality control.

- Optimized cost-model reliability and accelerated bid lifecycles, capturing $700K in projected annual savings.
- Led a 5-month, cross-functional project to develop and deploy a mission-critical, automated cost-estimation tool for defense bids using Python.
